- Prepare 2 tbsp of basmati rice.
- You need 1 liter of ful fat milk.
- You need to taste of sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mango pulp.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped mix dryfruits.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of ghee.
Mango Firni instructions
- Firstly we wash basmati rice,drain and roast in pan with ghee, grind coursely in mixcy.
- Heat a large kadai boil milk keep the flame low,or till milk thicken add sugar stir continuously.add grinded mixture,and stir wellmean while we roast chopped dryfruits with ghee till it turns brown colour.
- Add cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits mix well firni is creamy and thick let it cool.
- Now add mango pulp and mix well serve chilled and garnished with chopped nuts and some mango pieces.
