1. Mix all fruits,nuts,spices,honey, rose essence and ginger in wine and soak it for 3 days.
2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy add brown sugar and then add egg yolks one by one.
3. Roast the semolina and add it to the butter mixture along with the fruit mixture.
4. Whisk egg whites with caster sugar until fluffy and fold in it with the cake mixture.
5. Grease the pan and place 2 pcs of parchment paper and pour the cake mixture to 1 inch.
