  2. You need 1 cup of bell peppers chopped.
  3. You need 1 cup of onions.
  4. You need 1 cup of curd.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
  6. It's 1 tsp of eno.
  7. You need 1 cup of grated beetroot.
  8. It's 1 cup of grated paneer.
  9. It's to taste of Salt accd.
  10. You need to taste of Red chilli powder accd.
  11. Prepare to taste of Chaat masala accd.

  1. First take a bowl add oats powder and curd mix it well and keep aside for few mins than take a pan add oil add onions,bell peppers saute it till it changes the colour.
  2. Add all vegetable mixture in oats mixture add seasoning accd to taste mix it well take a silicone mould grease it and add eno in mixture and add the mixture in small mini idli mould and steam in for 5 mins till it is done remove from the gas and cool it.
  3. For filling :- Take a pan add onions,shimla mirch, grated beetroot and grated paneer add the seasoning mix it well and now take oats idli fill the mixture and cover it with another idli and press it.
  4. Now take a idli mini burger on the top add filling and hung curd and garnish with Coriander leaves.
